We are seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing industry and workforce management expertise to benefit customers and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in delivering and implementing SaaS solutions. They should also have a thorough understanding of business, process, and technology relating to workforce management, as well as broad knowledge of labor management, rostering, HR/payroll, ERP, or similar domain product/systems.
In this role, you will work closely with our project managers and peers to accomplish activities along a set and proven methodology. You will also analyze requirements and create documentation, diagrams, and feature specifications, as well as provide knowledge transfer for customers.
You will be responsible for leading workshops and sessions to drive informed decision making and gather requirements. Additionally, you will advise customers on system configuration, industry-specific features, and system processes and procedures.
It is essential that the successful candidate has flexibility to travel as needed. Ideally, they will have working experience in a healthcare environment with rostering solutions.
