What You'll Be Doing: Senior Consultants: Manage your own recruitment desk across white-collar roles (Accounting Finance, Business Support, Engineering Technical, Healthcare, and Executive Search) Drive business development and client engagement with some of Australia's biggest brands Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team success Entry-Level Consultants: Support senior consultants in sourcing top talent for corporate and professional roles Screen candidates, manage job ads, and coordinate interviews Learn the ropes of recruitment with hands-on experience and structured training What We're Looking For: Senior Consultants: Proven agency recruitment experience, strong business development skills, and a proactive mindset Entry-Level Consultants: A strong communicator with a positive attitude; previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus Why Join Us?
