Allygroup is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support our CEO, Chairman and COO in the effective management of business operations.

This is a hands-on role covering office management, operations, human resources, IT coordination and marketing. You will be a trusted contributor who demonstrates initiative, strong organisation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide executive support to the CEO and Chairman, including high-level projects and office coordination
* Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, suppliers, and service providers
* Lead operational processes including governance, compliance, records and knowledge management
* Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and employment contracts
* Oversee corporate compliance activities, including WHS
* Coordinate office logistics, travel, equipment, and asset registers
* Manage marketing and internal communications, events, and branded materials
* Coordinate and manage staff and client events, including social events and end-of-year functions.
* Maintain websites and assist with LinkedIn and social media content
* Coordinate IT, telecommunications, and new‐starter setup
* Manage relationships with IT and telecommunications providers.
About You
* Minimum 1-3 years of office or operations management experience required
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
* Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented
* Must have current Australian work rights at the time of application
