You will be based mainly in branches, providing customers with a seamless banking experience. Your primary goal will be to meet each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on the financial solutions available, including digital. You will have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as have in-depth needs-based conversations and fulfill products as per your accreditation level.
Your day will consist of delivering a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied but strong advocates for ANZ. You will work collaboratively with a team to deliver the best possible customer experience, contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value. You will actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives and take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective.
