We are seeking a skilled chef or cook to bring their culinary expertise to our food and beverage operations.
* Monitor the quality and quantity of food products
* Prepare and present high-quality meals
* Lead and support kitchen staff in achieving operational excellence
* Assist with cross-functional activities and special events
Experience in high-volume kitchen environments or event-based catering is essential. The successful candidate will work a 7-day roster, including weekends, early mornings, evenings, and public holidays.
