As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, proactively engaging the market to meet current and future needs. You will work closely with software engineering, quantum sensing, and hardware teams to manage the recruitment process, leveraging market insights and current hiring trends.
* You will also provide ongoing hiring guidance, supporting stakeholders at all levels within the company.
* Additionally, you will contribute in identifying employer branding opportunities and participate in global talent-related conferences and events.

Requirements:
* Minimum 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a startup or tech-related environment.
