Administration Officer
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Stable Position
We are seeking a reliable and organised Administration Officer to join our busy plumbing business. This is a stable, full-time role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience
* MYOB experience essential
* Previous administration experience (trade or service industry experience highly regarded)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
* Daily use of MYOB (accounts payable & receivable)
* Entering plumbing jobs into online job management software
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Assisting with scheduling and coordination of works
* Monitoring and organising emails
* General office duties including filing and maintaining an organised workspace
* Following up outstanding accounts receivable
* Processing accounts payable
* Preparing and sending reports and invoices
* Managing and uploading documents through customer portals
* Maintaining compliance and safety documentation
* Managing employee files and records
