The Team
Our national Client & Market Growth team is a high performing, criticalponent of the firm and essential to MinterEllison's success. The team supports the partnership by providing the full spectrum of business development and marketing services to ensure the firm develops and maintains strong relationships with new and existing clients. Our team is recruiting for an experienced Senior Market Growth Manager with Client Account Management experience for a 12 month parental leave contract based in either Sydney or Melbourne with hybrid working arrangements available. The role will help drive the business development and marketing strategy for one of our priority industry groups - Health.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
1. Support the strategic development of the Health industry plan, incorporating both national and internationalponents. The industry plan epasses a focus on clients, people and themunity, aligned with the firm's 2025 ambition.
2. Work closely and collaboratively with the Health Industry Leader, amunity of Health industry partners, consultants and lawyers, and the CMG shared services team.
3. Manage key health industry client relationships alongside Client Relationship Partners, including strategic account planning and management, coaching Client Team Connectors (lawyers assigned to key accounts) and undertaking client listening
4. Build-out the Health sub sector focus (Human Services, Hospitals, Private Health Insurers, Life Sciences including Pharmaceuticals, MedTech, Research and Optimisation, ) to support industry positioning and growth.
5. Develop strategy and oversee delivery of key marketing campaigns, working alongside our Brand and Marketing team to develop and deliver on the Health industry go-to-market plan ensuring linkages and integration with key relationships and account development activities.
6. Play a lead or supporting role on industry related projects and solution development to further develop MinterEllison's market positioning.
7. Establish both internal and external networks and create strong connectivity in a matrix structure to optimise cross-cutting themes in an integrated and coherent fashion.
8. Work with lawyers on proposals and capability statements to support key accounts, working alongside our Centre of Excellence and the Major Proposals team.
9. Work in both a strategic and operational capacity in areas such as account management, creativity in business and design thinking methods to support project(s) mobilisation.
About you

10. Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or a related discipline
11. 5+ years' experience in business development, or equivalent work experience. Experience in a professional services environment will be well regarded
12. Client Account Management experience
13. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills with high attention to detail
14. Collaborative and adaptable approach with stakeholders at all levels
15. Ability to calmly managepeting tasks with time pressures and graspplex concepts quickly
16. Strong influencing skills to manage multiple virtual teams of stakeholders nationally
17. Excellent organisational, time management and project management skills
18. Proactive, self-motivated and flexible in responding to changing work priorities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
19. Demonstrate flexibility, resilience, problem solving and an oues focus
20. Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
