About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Haggie Australia Pty Ltd. As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving the sales strategy and initiatives across our national operations. This full-time, remote role based in Rockhampton or Mackay, QLD.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
Manage and motivate a team of regional sales representatives to deliver outstanding sales performance
Identify new business opportunities and expansion into new and existing sites
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Analyse sales data and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective sales and marketing alignment
Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline and forecasting
Provide coaching and development to the sales team to drive continuous improvement
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role, preferably within a similar industry
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-driven decisions
Demonstrated experience in leading, motivating and developing high-performing sales teams
Thorough understanding of draglines and electric rope shovels and associated site operations
