You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring messaging is aligned with objectives and delivered to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing tailored communication strategies for program announcements and policy initiatives. Collaborating with specialists in design, digital, media, and more to bring strategies to life. Creating and editing content for web, social media, internal communications, and marketing materials. Managing relationships with program and client areas to foster collaboration. Evaluating communication activities to measure effectiveness. Mentoring team members and building capability across the branch. Our Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for someone with: Proven experience in communications account management within government. Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities.
