About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate within a Commercial team and play a key role in contract assurance. You will be responsible for providing critical support in promoting commercial best practices, ensuring successful outcomes at both local and national levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Contract Obligations;
* Oversee complex, performance-based Contracts and Subcontracts;
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in contract flow downs;
* Engage with customers to ensure day-to-day Contract adherence and opportunities;
* Develop strong relationships with internal Managers to foster a robust Supply Chain;
* Support Australian Industry Capability and Continuous Improvement initiatives;
* Develop Contract Change Proposals;
* Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly Contract Deliverables & reports.
About You:
You will have at least 3-5 years of experience in Contract Management, Supply Chain Management, preferably within the Australian Defence Force, Commercial, or In-Service Support Contract Support environments.
A thorough understanding of Contract Law is essential.
* Bachelor degree in Law, Commerce, Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management;
* Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving technique;
* Experienced in complex maintenance management systems;
* Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
* High level of analytical and reporting skills;
* Excellent written, data analysis, and presentation skills;
* High level of stakeholder management skills;
* Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate good organisational, multi-tasking, and time management skills;
* Ability to plan, organise, and delegate effectively.
