In this role, you will provide crucial support across the full policy lifecycle from handling new business to renewals, endorsements, and cancellations ensuring accurate data management, regulatory compliance, and seamless service delivery. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency of retail and corporate travel insurance portfolios, helping to maintain a reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities include
* Proven experience (2-3 years) in the Australian insurance industry, preferably with travel insurance (retail and/or corporate)
* Strong systems skills, including proficiency with Winbeat and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Solid understanding of the Australian general insurance landscape, including regulatory requirements such as the Privacy Act and the General Insurance Code of Practice
* Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for data accuracy and reconciliation
* Professional communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities
We are looking for someone with
* Up to 3 years of experience in Australian Insurance industry
* Experience in Travel Insurance (Retail and/or Corporate) preferred
* Experience supporting underwriting, product, or broker-facing teams
* Knowledge of claims processing and reporting procedures
* Familiarity with market submissions, policy wording, endorsements, and portfolio reporting tools
