Job Title: Caregiver Specialist
About the Role:
* Support elderly residents in a timely and compassionate manner.

* Perform resident-centric care duties, including assisting with daily living activities and providing emotional support.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high standard of workplace safety and adhere to best practices.
* Effectively communicate with residents, colleagues, and families to ensure their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
3. Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet residents' unique needs.
4. Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress.
5. Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 1+ years of experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
* Ability to lift 25 pounds and assist with mobility as needed.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
