Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Handling incoming phone-based inquiries.
* Specifying products using the latest sizing software.
* Creating formal quotations and processing orders.
* Offering technical support to External Motion & Control Engineers.
* Working as part of a professional team to deliver high-quality customer service.
* Focusing on fluid power for advice and support.
* Participating in HYDAC's Professional Graduation program with departmental rotations.
* Completing 10 internal Technical Training courses.
About You
To be successful in this role:
* Demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills.
* Hold a recent qualification in Mechatronic or Mechanical engineering.
* Be thoroughly organized and excel at multi-tasking.
