Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
1. Advanced clinical knowledge and postgraduate experience and skills in managing adults with acquired swallowing and communication difficulties in a hospital setting, including competency in instrumental assessments (VFSS and/or FEES)
2. Demonstrated experience supervising staff and/or students
3. Demonstrated leadership in the planning, implementation and evaluation of local service delivery incorporating the quality improvement process
4. Demonstrated commitment to EBP and experience implementing EBP into service planning and evaluation of service changes
