Activities delivered in collaboration with the Ministry of Health include: developing suicide care pathways, delivering contemporary clinical suicide prevention training, identifying opportunities for improvement arising from critical incidents, and promoting a "restorative just culture" that prioritises learning and psychological safety of staff.The position-holder will provide clinical, change and project management expertise and has responsibility for identifying strategic and partnership opportunities, managing relationships with external and internal stakeholders, to ensure Towards Zero Suicides-funded services are closely integrated with existing services and key partner organisations.
