Care Worker Role Summary
This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality home help services to our aged care clients, including general housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. You will also provide personal care services such as assisting with mobility and therapy goals, and providing social and emotional support.
In this position, you will have guaranteed hours and shifts, award rate $ per hour + Super + paid KM's, employee benefits program, salary packaging up to $ tax free each year, accelerated learning programs to gain your professional qualifications (Cert 3), paid CPR and First Aid courses, and opportunities to develop and grow in your career with training and education programs.
To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about delivering an excellent service, enjoy having variety in your day, and be comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems. A valid Australian Driver's Licence and your own insured, roadworthy vehicle are also required.
