Work at the centre of major mining operations across the Bowen Basin, supporting high-volume recruitment for Tier 1 mine sites. This role plays a critical part in delivering skilled trade workforces across CHPP maintenance, HME and Light Vehicle workshops, shutdowns, and asset integrity projects.

The Role
You will support recruitment across long-term maintenance contracts and major shutdown projects, working closely with operations, workforce mobilisation, and site teams to ensure labour is mobilised accurately, safely, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruit skilled trades, including Heavy Diesel Fitters, Light Vehicle Fitters, Boilermakers, Mechanical Fitters, Servicemen, and Riggers
* Support recruitment across HME workshops, LV workshops, CHPP maintenance, and shutdown works
* Source, screen, and engage candidates
* Prepare and post recruitment advertisements
* Conduct interviews and reference checks
* Build and maintain active talent pools
* Maintain accurate, compliant candidate records
About You
You'll bring recruitment experience from mining, industrial, or trade-based environments, including early-career recruitment exposure. You are organised, disciplined, and comfortable working within established processes while managing high volumes of activity.
* Exposure to maintenance and/or workshop-based recruitment
* Strong communication skills when engaging site-based workforces
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
* A high level of accuracy with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and documentation
