**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Office administration
- Raise jobs and generate work orders for contractors.
- Create quotes.
- Report on invoicing
- Allocate work to contractors.
- Open/Close Service Jobs
- Communicate effectively and liaise with team and contractors regularly.
- Generate purchase orders and check received goods.
- Ensure accuracy of incoming/outgoing stock
- Maintain records.
- Manage customer enquiries, resolve admin related-tasks.
- Ensure contractors meet deadlines.
- Respond timely to customer enquiries.
- Implement effective reporting and record-keeping practices.
- Keeping the CRM up to date.
- Supporting team members in problem resolution and goal achievement.
**About you**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, specifically Pronto and Maximo.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to zero customer complaints.
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem solver.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
