To be successful in this position, you will have the following:
* Trade qualified butcher, preferably with gourmet experience
* A passion for your trade
* Reliable transport
* Team player with good communication skills
* Experienced in Value Adding & Gourmet Lines
* Well Presented & Customer service focused.
