Store Manager Opportunity
The ideal candidate will lead a team of staff and volunteers to drive sales and achieve targets by providing clear direction, coaching, and support.
This role involves working in conjunction with the area manager to develop, drive, and support local and national marketing campaigns and promotional activity within the store.
You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships in the team through ongoing coaching and support, ensuring strong presentation and visual merchandising skills are maintained in line with current trends.
A key aspect of this role is managing staff and/or volunteers to deliver revenue and net profit objectives. The successful candidate will possess sound sales and customer service acumen, as well as experience in successfully managing a retail shop.
Key Responsibilities
