We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support our operations at Karara, WA. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will provide a wide range of administrative support to site leaders, employees, and contractors. This is a FIFO position on an 8 days on / 6 days off roster, departing Perth.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation of employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Manage flight bookings, accommodation, rosters, and payroll inputs.
- Support site compliance, training records, and safety reporting.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and employee expense claims.
- Provide daily production reporting and data entry into systems (OSCAR, JDE, Kronos).
- Assist with equipment servicing reports, asset records, and maintenance system updates.
- Deliver day-to-day site admin support, including phones, visitor queries, filing, and document control.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar site administration role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; prior experience with JDE, Kronos, or similar ERP systems is highly regarded.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
- Commitment to safety and contributing to a team environment.
