Truck Driver – Canberra and Surrounds
Full-Time | Queanbeyan I Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm
Hi-Tec Oils, a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer and distributor of automotive, industrial, and commercial lubricants, is seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team based out of our Queanbeyan depot. You'll be responsible for delivering our diverse product range safely and efficiently across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a MR vehicle to complete daily deliveries across the Canberra region
* Load/unload stock using pallet jack and manual handling where required
* Deliver excellent customer service at every drop-off
* Perform on-site pumping of oils into customer tanks, ensuring safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
* Complete basic delivery paperwork and ensure compliance with safety procedures
What You’ll Need:
* Valid LR/ MR Truck Licence
* Pallet On / Pallet Off experience
* Strong knowledge of Canberra area
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
* Recent WorkCover history statement
* Police Clearance Certificate
* Recent driving record and verifiable work history
* Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
