Short Description: As part of our Australian Utilities and Services sector team, you will play a key role in building and cultivating relationships and opportunities for Utilities and Services sector accounts based in NSW including growing existing contracts and client relationships, and selling new service offerings and solutions.
Location: Sydney,NSW
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Customer Prospecting and Opportunity identification & Qualification.
2. Responsible for preparation of Proposal and SoWs for the portfolio(s) through coordinating with different stakeholders such as Procurement, Legal and with multiple units working on the proposal. Perform quantitative analysis to arrive at the win-price to demonstrate business value to the client.
3. Support the Industry Lead by providing a business-led view on items of contract negotiations to understand Infosys` position on such matters and to develop the account plan in conjunction with the other stakeholders.
4. Follow up with the client to sign SOWs, to release undisputed payments. Minimize revenue leakage for services delivered and enhance client satisfaction
5. Handle customer queries / escalations about project executions, as well as negotiations on Master Service Agreements and Statement of Works.. Position Infosys as a trusted, easy partner to do business with.
• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
• A total of 8+ years ‘experience in Account Management / Business Development in Australia in the Consulting & IT Services market. Prior experience of managing clients in the Utilities / Services vertical would be highly desirable.
• Understanding of relevant industry trends and developments. Ability to do consultative selling of outsourcing services and IT Solutions.
• Ability to manage operations of client engagements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Open to travel as per business requirements.
