Quality Assurance Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in evaluating Quality Management Systems of contractors tendering for projects
* Implement and drive the Quality Management System, Program, and processes on projects to meet appropriate standards
* Facilitate continuous improvement in order to achieve best practice and to meet customer needs and compliance on all projects including quality documentation
* Maintain consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in Quality Management Processes across the team
* Implement (QMS) standards, guidelines, processes, and procedures as required including document control, auditing, corrective, and preventive action, and training processes
* Review and endorse internally the Delivery Contractor Quality Plans prior to sending to clients for review and endorsement
* Lead and manage the Project Change Control process for each project
* Carry out incident investigations in a timely and accurate manner
* Identify and document quality system issues and opportunities for improvement
* Deliver quality training programs as required including site inductions
The ideal candidate will have a Tertiary qualification in business, engineering, or related fields, internal auditor training, and current knowledge of relative legislation. They must also possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead change, and intermediate problem-solving skills.
