Do you meet these minimum requirements?
* Live in the Western NSW area including surrounding suburbs Brewarrina, Bourke, Burren Junction, Carinda, Collarenebri, Coonamble, Cumborah, Enngonia, Grawin, Lightning Ridge, Walgett, Quambone & surrounding towns.
* Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International license's or shared/rental vehicles)
* Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday - but we are flexible for the right candidate!
* Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!) Travel is required for training.

What this role offers:
* Open to Entry Level & Experienced candidates
* Permanent Part-Time or Casual Contracts
* Permanent Contract hours: 20-40 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.
* Hourly Rate: $31.13 - $34.93 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
What You'll Be Doing:
* Entry-Level Carers: Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
* Experienced Carers: Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
* Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone's day!
As a valued team member, you'll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you'll make a real difference in people's lives every day.
