THE POSITION
* Plan, supervise, and monitor the food production across functions and in house menu-based catering
* Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
* Lead, develop and inspire a small team of culinary talents
* Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
* Oversee inventory, procurement, cost controland minimize food wastage
* Hand on position
* Previous experience in multiple outlet venues
THE PERSON
* Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
* An accomplished leaderwith a stellar culinary track record
* Current Police Check, or ability to obtain
* Experienced with both bulk cooking and functions & events catering
* Experience in leading, mentoring and developing teams
* Solid understanding of allergen management, food safety and infection control
