The Company We are partnering with a well-known organisation who are seeking a Finance Officer to join their transactional team on a temporary basis for up to 8 months. With a strong presence in their industry, this organisation offers a collaborative team culture and the chance to be part of a busy, supportive finance function. *This role requires an immediate start* The Role Reporting to senior finance leaders, this role will be responsible for delivering end-to-end support across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other transactional finance functions. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing across a wide range of activities, while contributing to month-end and assisting the broader finance team where required. Key responsibilities will include: Managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable function including invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliations Handling Accounts Receivable duties such as billing, receipting, and account reconciliations Preparing superannuation submissions and processing journals Assisting with month-end close across multiple transactional streams Responding to internal and external queries Your Profile Minimum 3 years' experience in a finance or transactional role Strong reconciliation and processing skills across AP and AR Proficiency with finance system TechnologyOne will be highly regarded (not essential) High attention to detail, numeracy skills, and the ability to work to deadlines By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
