Front Office Supervisor
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including check ins/outs, loyalty sign ups, reporting, and assisting with guest needs.
* Manages the front office team, supervising and training staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Develops and implements effective strategies to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty.
* Ensures compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in supervising, training, and motivating team members is essential.
* Strong background in Front Office procedures and Opera Cloud.
* Experience in leading teams, driving results, and improving processes.
