As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Cyber Security Specialist to work in our Security and Infrastructure team.About the RoleThis is a hands-on and impactful role where you'll help protect the integrity and security of our ICT and business systems. 
Working from our Burton head office, and reporting to the Infrastructure and Security Manager, you'll collaborate with departments across the group to keep our systems safe, compliant, and resilient.You'll be part of a small but skilled team, delivering real results across cyber security strategy, threat detection, risk management, and awareness training.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain the security and integrity of all ICT and business systemsAssist in the planning, design, upgrade, and implementation of security systemsConduct internal security assessments, audits, and incident response activitiesMonitor and analyse system alerts, logs, and incidentsDevelop and maintain cyber security policies, procedures, and response plansDeliver security awareness training and educational programsStay informed on emerging cyber threats, tools, and best practicesContribute to cyber security certifications and compliance frameworksSupport the ICT team with technical escalations and security issuesHelp shape and implement the broader ICT and cyber security strategyAbout YouMinimum 3 years' experience in a Cyber Security role within a business environmentFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 environments, SaaS applications, and on-premises infrastructureCertifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or similar are highly regardedStrong understanding of Windows OS (including Server), firewalls, and networkingProven experience in troubleshooting and resolving security incidentsKnowledge of industry standards, compliance obligations, and best practicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication skills and time managementAble to work independently and collaboratively within a small teamA valid driver's licence is essentialWhy Join Us?
