We are excited to offer Psychiatry Registrar training opportunities at Ramsay Clinic New Farm, with 6‐month placements commencing in February 2027 and August 2027.
About the role
Our comprehensive training program addresses all the requirements of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists whilst providing relevant and extensive experience in Inpatients, Outpatients and Day patients.
Ramsay Health runs a highly regarded speciality rotation program covering all aspects of the training requirements for Child & Adolescent, Addictions, Eating Disorders, General Adult, and Acute Adult Psychiatry and Trauma (Veterans). Positions would also be suitable for trainees wanting to undertake advanced training in Psychotherapy. You will have the opportunity to work with and be supervised by leading experts in the specialists' fields.
About you
* Successful completion of a medical degree
* Current APHRA Medical Registration
* Ideal for stage 3 trainees looking to transition into Private Practice
* Eligibility to obtain APHRA general Medical registration by the commencement date
