As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at Wellington Shire Council.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent customer experience skills to fill this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality face-to-face customer service, responding to inbound calls, completing cashier functions, and updating relevant systems and registers.
* Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
* Respond to inbound calls and provide clear and accurate information to clients.
* Complete cashier functions, including handling cash transactions and operating point-of-sale systems.
* Update relevant systems and registers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
