Food and Beverage Attendant – Jewells Tavern
Jewells Tavern is looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our customer‑focused team. This role is perfect for someone keen to provide excellent service across our bar and dining areas.
You must be over 18, hold a current RSA certification and have great availability to cover rotational shifts across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays. If you are reliable, possess a positive attitude, and are ready to be a key part of the vibrant Jewells Tavern atmosphere, apply now.
A day in the life of a F&B Attendant
* Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
* Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
* Deliver top‑notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
* From the first pour of the day to the final lock‑up, you'll be on the front lines, ensuring our standards are sky‑high and the experience is one to remember.
* Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
Inherent Requirements
This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

* You're a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
* You're a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
* You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
* Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
