* Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, responding promptly, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
* Ensure smooth check-in, check-out processes and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
* Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience and address any issues or concerns.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and efficient guest satisfaction.
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and capabilities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
* An energetic, team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a dynamic environment.
* Enthusiasm for connecting with guests and understanding their needs.
* Self-motivation, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
* Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster, including evenings, mornings, and weekends.
