Commercial Sales Manager Job
A dynamic and ambitious sales manager is required to lead our trade sales team in Western Australia, driving growth and success in the commercial interiors market.
* This role involves coaching, mentoring, and motivating a team of 5 sales staff to achieve exceptional results and exceed targets.
* You will be responsible for overseeing the sales strategy, developing strong relationships with clients, and maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Skills Required:
* Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the high-end commercial furniture or decorative interiors industry.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their full potential.
* Passion for training and development, with a focus on enhancing staff skills and knowledge.
* Previous experience selling premium brands associated with furniture and interiors.
* Understanding of the sales/specification process, particularly in the A&D sector.
* Commercial acumen, with excellent reporting skills and the ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
