We're looking for a People Experience Partner to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in shaping how our people learn, grow, and experience work at Tassal.
This is not your traditional L&D role. You'll sit at the intersection of learning, organisational development, and employee experience – partnering with leaders and teams to design initiatives that elevate capability and support key "moments that matter" across the employee lifecycle.

About The Role
This is a hands-on, insight-driven role where you'll design and deliver human-centred learning and employee experience initiatives aligned to business strategy.
You'll work across the organisation to diagnose needs, shape solutions, and deliver programs that build capability, strengthen engagement, and drive performance.
A Typical Day May Include
7. Partnering with leaders to diagnose capability and performance needs
8. Designing and delivering learning and OD initiatives using human-centred design principles
9. Facilitating engaging workshops and capability sessions (virtual and in-person)
10. Analyzing data, feedback and insights to refine and improve programs
11. Identifying opportunities to enhance employee experience across key moments that matter
12. Managing multiple initiatives from concept through to delivery and impact
13. Collaborating with P&C and business stakeholders to embed sustainable change
What We're Looking For
14. Experience in Learning, Organisational Development, People Experience or HR
15. Strong capability in designing and delivering learning or experience-led initiatives
16. Experience facilitating workshops or capability programs
17. Ability to diagnose problems and translate insights into practical solutions
18. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
19. Comfortable working in ambiguity and navigating a fast-paced environment
20. A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for improving how people experience work
About You
You are curious, creative and people-focused. You don't settle for "how it's always been done" and enjoy finding better ways to build capability and improve experiences.
You bring a balance of thinking and doing – able to step back, see patterns, and then roll up your sleeves to deliver meaningful outcomes.
