Property Development | Finance Ownership | Strategic Growth Role
We're partnering with a privately owned luxury property development group on the Gold Coast that's entering an exciting growth phase with an active pipeline, strong leadership, and a clear long-term vision.
This is a hands-on Financial Controller role for someone who genuinely understands property development and wants full ownership of the function from control and reporting through to strategy, forecasting, and decision support.
You won't be buried in transactional work. You'll have a dedicated bookkeeper in place, allowing you to focus on what matters: financial clarity, cash flow, and supporting smart growth.

Your responsibilities will include
* Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
* Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
* Providing commercial insights to support project and business decisions
* Working with external stakeholders and advisers
* Improving financial systems and processes as the business scales
* Ensuring strong financial governance and reporting accuracy
This role will suit you if:
