Sydney - Lumia Care company presents an exciting opportunity for passionate Community Support Workers to assist our clients living inthe St. George Region (Sans Souci, Monterey and nearby suburbs).

Role responsibilities:
* High care needs clients requiring assistance in personal care, hoist, manual handling competent.
* Support clients in our community needing assistance with social support, transport to appointments, shopping or community outings.
* Provide personal care to clients with dignity and respect such as assisting with showering, grooming and dressing.
* Continue to support clients to live in their own home by providing help with their domestic assistance, meal preparation and most importantly, companionship.
What we are looking for:
* A passionate, caring and empathetic personality is a MUST.
* Willingness to learn new skills on the job through training.
* Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent is highly desirable, current Nursing students will also be considered.
* Experience in either aged care or community is highly desirable.
* Experience in using hoist (manual or ceiling) is highly desirable.
* A valid driver's license and own vehicle is a MUST.
* Current First Aid certificate (mandatory) or willing to obtain.
* Current Police Check (mandatory) or willing to obtain.
* NDIS Worker screening check and Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
