* Inventory & Storage Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage control to optimize space and efficiency.
* Forklift Operation: Licensed and certified to operate forklifts safely and efficiently in compliance with workplace safety standards.
* Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on the work of others to ensure compliance with company standards and production specifications.
* Production Monitoring: Monitor variables affecting production yields, detect errors, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective or preventive actions to maintain optimal output.
* Employee Support: Provide assistance and guidance to other employees within the scope of this role to promote teamwork and continuous improvement. Reporting to senior management at all times.
