The Opportunity
: To spearhead lead generation and expand business opportunities throughout Australia for NCC Group's comprehensive suite of security consulting services
Key Accountabilities:
1. Conduct thorough research on organisations and markets to identify new prospects, leads, and opportunities.
2. Comprehend the cybersecurity challenges and complexities faced by businesses.
3. Identify and qualify potential NCC Group clients by understanding the value our service portfolio brings to the market.
4. Collaborate with internal and global teams to drive results.
5. Work in tandem with our Customer Experience team to maximize opportunities within the assigned vertical.
6. Expand business within existing NCC Group client accounts.
7. Coordinate and conduct meetings with potential clients.
8. Maintain precise records in Client Relationship Management systems.
9. Develop strategies and business plans to penetrate target markets effectively.
10. Manage and nurture accounts to optimize client satisfaction and revenue generation.
11. Achieve sales targets as outlined by the organization.
Desirable Requirements :
12. A minimum of 5 years in B2B IT sales.
13. Proven track record in selling to medium and large enterprises.
14. Experience in engaging with senior decision-makers, up to CXO level.
15. Proficient in IT terminologies used in corporate environments.
16. Skills in lead sourcing and market research.
17. Expertise in sales cycle and pipeline management.
18. Proficiency in accurate forecasting.
19. Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce experience is an advantage.
20. Knowledge of the IT cybersecurity market is highly preferred.
21. Experience in handling All Sector accounts is desirable.
