Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
* Work alongside experienced pharmacists dispensing prescriptions and managing ward imprests
* Assist with schedule 8 medicines under supervision
* Engage directly with patients and carers to gather medication histories
* Help ensure safe and effective treatment for patients
* Document patient records and contribute to accurate information systems
* Participate in feedback sessions to enhance clinical competency
