Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative & Events Coordinator to join the Bellevue Receptions team. This role sits at the heart of our operations, managing client relationships while ensuring every event is executed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage event bookings, enquiries, and client communications end-to-end
* Coordinate event logistics including timelines, vendors, and internal teams
* Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
* Support planning and execution of weddings, corporate events, and private functions
* Maintain accurate records, schedules, and operational documentation
