Gaming Room Closer
Night Shift Position
We are currently seeking a reliable and confident Gaming Room Closer to join our late-night operations team.
This is an important closing position within the venue, suited to someone who is organised, trustworthy and capable of working independently in a rapid-paced hospitality setting.
The Role
* Closing and securing the Gaming Room and venue
* Gaming machine procedures and customer service
* Till balancing and cash handling
* End of night reconciliation and paperwork
* Handling customer enquiries and phone calls
* Problem solving and late-night decision making
* Maintaining venue presentation and compliance standards
What We're Looking For
* Robust computer and admin skills
* Confident handling cash and balancing tills
* Ability to work unsupervised
* Skilled and calm under pressure
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Reliable and highly trustworthy
* RSA Certificate essential
* RSG Module 1 essential
* Previous gaming experience is highly regarded, however training can be provided for the right applicant.

Pay
Pay rates are aligned with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award, hourly rate is depending on experience, qualifications and ability to obtain a Gaming License.
Monday - Friday: $32.31 - $33.38
Saturday: $38.70 - $40.05
Sunday: $45.24 - $48.78
Pay: $32.31 - $46.73 per hour
