**_ What this job involves_**
We are looking for a Shopping Centre Administration Manager to join our team at the Floreat Forum Centre in Perth. This is a full-time, permanent position with standard hours of 8:30-5PM. You will be responsible for lease administration, including setting up leases, invoices, arrears, cash flow management, financial report management, forecasting, and budgets
**An overview of the role**:
Day-to-day financial management and administration duties for Floreat Forum and West Leederville Shopping Centre, in accordance with duties identified within the management agreement. You will be in charge of managing the financial and administrative processes to the highest professional standards in order to maximise the nett return to the owner
**You will be responsible for**:
- End-to-end management of the center's finance operations
- Responsible for lease administration, including lease setup and ensuring that invoices are correct.
- Creating new invoices for tenants please delete and include "Managing the monthly rent roll"
- Oversight of Accounts Payable
- Monthly income and expenditure accruals
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Managing two different shopping centres and building relationships with the retailers
- Ensure Arrears management practices are applied

**Employee Specification**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in financial property management experience is required (or a similar role), and knowledge of property financial package MRI is highly desirable but not required.
- Degree in Financial Management/Accounting is required
- CPA qualification is highly desirable
- Knowledge of the Retail Tenancy Act is desirable.
- Customer service experience is also highly desirable
