We're partnering with a long-standing tech business that's expanding its IT support and managed services capability. They've built a positive, family-friendly culture and are now looking for an
IT Support Technician
to join their team.
The Role
This is a hands-on position combining
Help Desk support, printer/driver troubleshooting, and internal IT system administration.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues across IT and print environments while keeping internal systems humming.
Day-to-day:
* Provide
Level 1-2 IT support
(printers, Office 365, networking, hardware).
* Handle
break/fix
: remote installs, drivers, scan-to-email/folder.
* Manage
internal IT systems
: accounts, group policies, VOIP, servers, NAS.
* Escalate to engineers/vendors when onsite fixes are needed.
* Support future MSP clients as their system admin.
* Lend a hand with warehouse/ops tasks (parts distribution, stock control).
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in
Help Desk / IT support
(Level 1-2).
* Exposure to
Managed Print Services
(ideal, not essential).
* Confident with Microsoft 365, networking basics, and hardware troubleshooting.
* Strong communication skills + customer service mindset.
* Based within a reasonable commute of Matraville, NSW.
