About the Role
We're looking for a confident and organised Receptionist Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our busy front‐of‐house across our Andergrove clinic. In this hands‐on role, you'll lead by example, support our reception team, and ensure our clients and patients receive exceptional service at every visit.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor and support our reception team
* Coordinate daily reception operations to ensure smooth client flow
* Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships
* Manage bookings, payments, and client communications efficiently
* Collaborate closely with vets, nurses, and management to ensure a seamless experience for clients and patients
About You
* Previous experience in a veterinary reception, medical, or customer‐facing leadership role
* Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
* A friendly, professional and compassionate manner
* Confidence handling busy periods and managing competing priorities
* A genuine love for animals and a passion for providing great client care
