This role will ensure seamless integration between multiple frameworks, server-side logic, and databases, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, improve performance, and enhance RACQ’s digital experience for all online products and services.Design, develop, and implement innovative changes to RACQ’s web applications, driving high-impact solutions.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (architects, UX designers, analysts, developers) to deliver seamless and scalable digital solutions.Champion best practices by ensuring secure coding principles and compliance with OWASP Top 10 standards.Enhance and optimise CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery and improve overall development efficiency.Analyse system requirements, craft robust technical designs, and ensure continuous maintenance and improvement of software.Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to building a culture of quality through unit and integration testing.About youProven experience managing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using agile methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and with high quality.Skilled in developing scalable, robust applications with C# and the .NET Framework, contributing to powerful and high-performance software solutions.Experience supporting and maintaining highly available production systems, ensuring continuous operation and minimising downtime for critical applications.Competent at troubleshooting, diagnostics, and applying initiative to resolve issues quickly, while continuously improving processes and systems.Versatile in both independent and team-based environments, demonstrating excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills to drive positive outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.Some experience in utilising Sitecore to enhance content management and web experience capabilities, with an understanding of its integration and functionality would be advantageous.HTML5, CSS, IIS, Docker, Restful APIs, Azure (APIM, Logic Apps, Web Apps), AWS (EC2, CloudFront, ELB, S3, RDS), SQL, MAUI, CI/CD tools (Team City, Octopus), C# .NET (Framework 4.5+ and .NET 6-8), Sitecore Versions 8.2r7 – 10.3.Why join RACQ?It is an exciting time to be part of RACQ as we continue our transformation towards better, smarter solutions that deliver more security and prosperity for Queenslanders.
