What you'll do
* Deliver one‐to‐one coaching to leading Australian SME CEOs and business owners
* Facilitate high‐impact peer meetings that create breakthrough insights and performance
* Curate your own group, select prospective members and support them through sign‐up and onboarding

* The time and drive to build your own practice as an independent contractor
* Confident communication: you speak the language of leaders, get to the heart of problems, and help solve them
* Experienced C‐suite leader or business owner with a track record of building and leading high‐performing teams and outperforming goals
* A learning mindset and the ability to help CEOs develop and grow
