As a key member of the maintenance team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating day-to-day maintenance tasks, supporting crew members with technical troubleshooting, and ensuring work is completed to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Effective communication between management and crew ensures smooth shift handovers and escalation of issues.
* You will allocate tasks and ensure safe, efficient work execution when required to step in for the Maintenance Supervisor.
* Lead by example to promote a strong safety culture and compliance with relevant company and WHS standards.
* Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance to maintain reliable plant performance.
* Troubleshoot and repair equipment faults to minimize downtime.
* Monitor equipment condition and support planning for maintenance improvements.
* Identify opportunities to enhance safety, efficiency, and reliability.
* Keep accurate maintenance records and provide timely feedback and reports to the Supervisor.
