Boom Logistics Limited is a leading ASX listed provider of crane logistics services within the resources and mining sector. We are seeking a self‐motivated Revenue Administrator to join our Eagle Farm based team on a full‐time basis.
About the position: Reporting to the Shared Services and Credit Manager, the successful applicant will provide functional support in relation to revenue and general operational commercial activities. This position will actively work with relevant Regional Business Unit managers as well as General Managers.
Duties
* Generate timely and accurate invoices ensuring all customer requirements are adhered to.
* Ensure all internal and external customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
* Audit relevant allocations and revenue data daily to ensure invoicing accuracy and adherence to processes.
* Create and lodge submissions and claims.
* Assist with month end processes and reconciliations.
* Perform general accounts receivable functions.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 1‐2 years' experience in a similar administration capacity (preferably within a fast‐paced industrial environment).
* Experience with MEX, Great Plains, Visual Dispatch, Ariba, Optus Portal, Nokia Site Forge, Taulia, Bluescope Steel Portal, Esso Portal is desirable.
* Exceptional literacy skills.
* Very good organisational skills.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
